Privacy Policy:

Pinwheel Park does not share, rent or sell our customers information with any third parties except those disclosed within this policy.  Shipping information is shared with our printing house for those products that ship directly from them.

 

We take the security of your financial information very seriously and that is why Paypal is our accepted method of payment.

 

We store your email address for further communication with you including but not limited to discounts and special offers from Pinwheel Park.

 

Pinwheel Park does not use photos (images) sent from customers for any other purpose than to create the customers orders/products.  We do not publish customers photos, or display them on our website with out prior permission from the customer.

 

By using this website you agree to all terms and conditions.  Pinwheel Park can not be held responsible for any damages caused by ordering, receiving or distributing your order.

 

All product images, product designs, photographs and the Pinwheel Park logo, on this website are exclusive property of Pinwheel Park and are copyrighted by law.  It is illegal to copy or reproduce copyrighted images in whole or in part by any means without permission.

 

Products purchased from us are for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed for profit.

 

Processing and Shipping times stated are approximate and are not guaranteed.  We make every effort to process, print and ship your order in a timely manner.  When calculating your order's approximate arrival date, add processing time plus shipping time.  Photo announcements/cards/invitations require that you send us your baby/child's photo and approve a proof that we create for you, therefore you must take into account your response time in both sending us a photo and approving your proof.  The faster you do your part, the faster we can do ours :)

 

We currently ship orders within the United States only.  Shipping prices are stated for shipping in the United States.  We do not currently ship to any other countries.

 

Sales Tax:  Orders placed by Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

 

Pinwheel Park reserves the right to reject photographs we feel are inappropriate (for any reason) and issue a refund for the purchase price of the product ordered.  By submitting photos to us you attest that you are the photographer and the parent or legal guardian of any children  in the photo.  Any professional photographs must be accompanied by the photographer's copyright release.  Pinwheel Park will not knowingly infringe on professional photographer's copyrights, it is the customers responsibility to provide us with the photographer's copyright release.

 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the order to us, in it's entirety, within 21 days.  We will then issue a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% administration fee and shipping fees.  The original packing slip must accompany any returns.  We will not issue refunds to partial returns, the entire order that you are unsatisfied with must be returned to us in it's original condition.  In the unlikely event of a printing error, please return 1 of the miss-printed products to us for verification and we will have them re-printed and shipped back to you in a timely manner.
