Our products are intended for use by professional photographers to create printed products which may be sold to their clients in printed form ONLY.
The templates and/or graphics may not be sold, re-sold, shared, distributed, rented or leased in template form (unflattened form), neither in whole or in part in any manner or in any platform. They may not be used to create products for sale on Ebay or Etsy.
You must have working knowledge of .PSD files (layered photoshop files) in order to use our templates as we do not provide support or tutorials.
Privacy Policy:
Pinwheel Park does not share, rent or sell our customers information with any third parties except those disclosed within this policy. Shipping information is shared with our printing house for those products that ship directly from them.
We take the security of your financial information very seriously and that is why Paypal is our accepted method of payment.
We store your email address for further communication with you including but not limited to discounts and special offers from Pinwheel Park.
Pinwheel Park can not be held responsible for any damages caused by ordering, receiving or distributing your order.

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Shipping prices are stated for shipping in the United States. We do not currently ship to any other countries.
Sales Tax: Orders placed by Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
A note about colors:
All computer monitors are different and colors may differ slightly from monitor to monitor.
Pinwheel Park is not responsible for printed colors.
We do not accept returns on Pinwheel Park Pro products. In the unlikely event you recieve a blank ("dead") cd or dvd, please notify us and a replacement will be shipped to you immediately at no additional cost.
