What is the difference in paper types? TOP
2 different paper types are available.  The photo paper is fugicolor professional, archival quality photo paper.  The card-stock is high quality 100# cardstock paper--a thick, heavy weight, elegant paper. 

What sizes do you offer? TOP

Announcements are available in 2 sizes:
  4inches x 6inches and 5inches x 7inches.
There are certain select announcements that are 5inches by 5inches.
Thank you notes are 4inches x 5.5inches
 

What are the shipping costs? TOP
Shipping and handling charges for all orders is $7.95 via UPS standard ground.  These shipping and handling prices are for delivery in the United States only.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $15.95 for all orders.

How will my order be shipped? TOP
We ship all orders via UPS standard ground. (estimated 2-6day shipping time).  Please inquire about UPS 2nd day, if you are in a rush (additional shipping charges apply).

What is a proof? TOP
A proof is a sample that we email you to show you exactly how your finished product will look.  After placing an order and giving us all the info and photos (is applicable), we design your announcement/invite/card and email you a proof so you will be able to double check all the information and give us your final approval before your order is sent to print.

How are the announcements,invites,thank-you's printed? TOP
Our products are professionally printed at a photo & press printing house, to ensure vivid colors and long lasting quality.

Why is professional printing important? TOP
Professional printing ensures rich colors and long lasting quality.  Unlike home ink-jet printing which can fade over time.  We insist on using a professional printing house with state-of-the-art equipment!

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

We take every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.  Each order is custom and the average processing time is 2-3 business days.  We design and process orders Monday-Friday.  Your order is then shipped via UPS standard ground (2-6day shipping).
When calculating an estimated time of arrival for your order, add the estimated processing time + estimated delivery times. 
Please remember that it is only after your final approval of your proof that the order can be printed and shipped.  Therefore it is recommended that once you receive your email proof, you notify us of your approval or any changes you would like made, as soon as possible.

I really like one of your boy birth announcements but I'm having a girl--can it be done in pink? TOP
YES!  We are a full custom design service--therefore, if there is a design you like but want colors changed, fonts changed, etc. WE CAN ACCOMIDATE YOUR REQUESTS FREE OF CHARGE!

I'm not that good of a photographer--all I've got is snap shots of my baby TOP
No problem!  In fact, this is our specialty.  We can take your snapshot and expertly enhance/fix/edit so that it will look adorable with your announcement or invite. You may also want to visit our Photo Tips page for simple techniques that will help you get a great shot ;)

Is there an extra charge for photo enhancement? TOP
NO.  Photo enhancement/editing is absolutely free of charge and included with every photo announcement or photo invite order.

What photo enhancements do you offer? TOP

Well, just about anything you can name we can do :)
cropping, lightening, brightening, elimination of red-eye, softening of skin, whitening of teeth, erasing blemishes, converting to black&white, converting to chocolate (a new age sepia technique), selective coloring, to name a few.
We will do all enhancements necessary to your photo to create a beautiful announcement/invitation!

What payment methods are accepted? TOP

We accept all major credit cards thru Paypal.
Paypal is the easiest, MOST SECURE way of paying online.  Paypal registration is free.

Do you offer a guarantee? TOP
Absolutely YES!  Pinwheel Park offers a complete satisfaction guarantee.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may send it back to us in it's entirety, for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% administration fee (shipping fees are non-refundable).  your original packing slip must accompany your return.  Returns must be made within 21 days.  In the unlikely event of a printing error, send us back 1 of the products and we will verify the error and reprint your order in a timely manner.
